South Florida runs on thin crust. Pizza Panz set up shop on Lantana Road and brought true Detroit-style deep dish, baked in blue steel pans until the cheese caramelizes into a crispy, golden edge.

No frozen anything. Scratch-made dough daily — pillowy on the inside, with that signature caramelized crust snapping at every edge.

The Meaty stacks pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, and meatball. The Sausage N'Ricotta finishes with a balsamic drizzle. The Four Cheese Grandma Pie is the reason people come back.
